BSB 2023: Chapter II: Section 46

In civil cases, the fact that the character of any person concerned is such as to render probable or improbable any conduct imputed to him, is irrelevant, except insofar as such character appears from facts otherwise relevant.

सिविल मामलों में, यह तथ्य कि संबंधित व्यक्ति का चरित्र ऐसा है कि उस पर लगाए गए किसी भी आचरण को संभावित या असंभव बना देता है, अप्रासंगिक है, सिवाय इसके कि ऐसा चरित्र अन्यथा प्रासंगिक तथ्यों से प्रकट होता है।
